Responsibilities:

• Bulletin Board Creation  & Maintenance

• Teacher Favorite Lists

• Schedule In-School Enrichment Event

• Plan Community Events with Board of Directors (could be its own committee)

• Coordinate Teacher Stipend Requests

• Coordinate with PE Coaches for Field Day Supplies and Rentals

Responsibilities:

• Plan snacks for PTO meetings

• Coordinate and Plan Teacher Snack Carts

• Teacher Birthday Snacks

• Plan teacher meals

Responsibilities:

• Form & Head up fundraising committee

• Typically fundraising events:

  • Major Fall Fundraiser

  • Boo Grams / Spring Grams

  • Coin Wars

• Distribution of Fundraising Incentivies

• Possibly plan spirit wear store and selling events

Responsibilities:

• Book Spirit Night with area restaurants

• Create Flyers for events

• Setout Signs for Events

• Collect Check after event

Responsibilities:

• Form & Head up committee to plan fall festival

• Identify and gain approval for entertainment & food vendors

• Arrange emergency vehicles for "touch-a-truck"

• Point of Contact during event

• Identify and work with teacher sponsor

• Photograph missing students

• Pester parents and teachers for photos

• Distribution of Yearbooks
