Parliamentarian duties

1. Advise on procedure when requested;

2. Maintain current set of By-Laws and Standing Rules;

3. Keep order during Executive and General Meetings;

CoordInate with Suchma staff in planning of in-school Programs (Watch D.O.G.S., mentors, etc.) and events (Reindeer Run, Field Day, etc.);

Advise and plan in-school enrichment programs with enrichment chair;

Coordinate with Suchma staff in planning of community outreach events (Fall Festival, Literacy Night, Math Night, etc);

Advise and assist the enrichment chair with teacher requests;
