Treasurer

Serve as custodian of the PTO’s finances;

Receive all Suchma PTO monies and/or approve and verify all deposits;

Record and maintain books of account and records including but not limited to bank statements, receipts, budget, invoices, reimbursement requests, and cancelled checks for a period of seven (7) years; records are to be maintained at school;

Make disbursements as authorized by the Executive Board in accordance with the adopted budget;

Report financial activity every month;

Prepare year-end financial report;

Facilitate a quarterly and annual audit;

File a 990 tax form yearly;
