If Co-Presidents are Elected then the role of Vice-President shall be vacant.

Oversee the committee system of the PTO;
Assist the President and chair meetings in the absence of the President;
The Vice President shall assist the President and carry out the President’s duties in his or her absence or inability to serve;
The Vice President shall also oversee the committees of this organization;
One of the authorized to sign on bank accounts (two signatures shall be required on all checks);
